Advance sales of tickets are handled by Ticketcorner and sales usually start four weeks before a play opens. Ticketcorner operates a website (www.ticketcorner.ch) and a call centre
(0900 800 800 / CHF1.19 per minute by domestic landline, higher charges apply for mobile and international calls) which is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. They also sell tickets through many retail outlets including post offices and rail stations throughout Switzerland, Coop City, Manor, and many other retailers in Zurich. Visit Ticketcorner's outlet locator to find your nearest outlet.
ZESTs base prices for tickets in the Theater im Seefeld are CHF20.80 (students), CHF29.00 (balcony) and CHF39.20 (stalls) with allocated seating (chosen at booking). Tickets for Theater STOK are CHF28 (general admission). Ticket prices for other venues may differ. Please note that Ticketcorner applies additional service charges on ticket sales, as explained in their FAQs.
For seating plans, please refer to the ticket sale pages on Ticketcorner for the specific event you wish to purchase tickets for. Generally speaking at the Theater im Seefeld, there are 12 rows of 24 seats in the stalls and 4 rows of 24 seats on the balcony, but this may vary for some performances.
ZEST does not sell tickets online, but does operate a box office (Abendkasse) on performance nights at all theatres. The box office opens one hour before each performance. All ticket purchases made at the box office can be paid for with card or cash (excluding PostFinance cards). We do not hold tickets on the box office, so it is possible that no tickets are available. To reserve tickets for collection, please contact the ticketing manager via the dedicated contact page.
Access to the Theater im Seefeld is step-free and six places are kept available at each performance at CHF38 each (three places for wheelchair users and three for those accompanying them). These may be reserved by contacting the ticketing manager via the dedicated contact page and can be collected and paid for at the box office on the night of the performance as detailed above. The Theater STOK is a basement theatre in what was once a wine cellar and, as such, has approximately 15 steps leading into the theatre and is therefore, unfortunately, inaccessible for wheelchair-bound audience members.
Individuals or groups wishing to purchase blocks of tickets (at least ten for a single performance) will have the opportunity to do so before tickets go on sale to the general public. For more information and to be placed on the block bookings newsletter, please contact email@example.com. Those subscribed to the block bookings newsletter will receive a special code for Ticketcorner enabling group bookings and group pricing. Generally speaking, we offer a discount of 10% to groups.
